1) Whether an eBook or hardbook of any writing sent by the authors will be published or not is entirely at the discretion of Proshakha Publication.
2) The eBooks of Proshakha Publication are published in two ways. One: for FREE LIBRARY, two: for PAID-LIBRARY.
3) The eBooks published for FREE-LIBRARY are open for everyone to read freely, no need to login. In case of PAID-LIBRARY, you can read only after logging in.
4) If the soft copy of eBooks published for FREE-LIBRARY are sold, sixty percent of the selling price will be given as royalty to the authors. In case of ‘Print On Demand copy’ or HARDCOPY, the royalty will be Fifteen percent of selling price of sold books.
5) The eBooks of PAID-LIBRARY are to be decided by Proshakha Publication as to what form of product will be published and how they will be sold.
6) The eBooks of PAID-LIBRARY can be sold in 4 categories as 1: Soft copy only, 2: Soft copy+online library, 3: CD/DVD+online library, 4: Print on demand copy only. Also Hardbooks of any e-books will be published if necessary.
7) Also print on demand copies or Hardbook versions of all eBooks will not be available. The right of decision in this regard belongs to Proshakha Publication.
8) Fifteen percent of the sale price will be paid as royalty to the authors in case of sale of print on demand copies of eBooks, CD/DVD+online library and of published Hardbooks.
9) In case of sale of soft copy and soft copy+online library of eBooks, authors will be given sixty percent of the selling price as royalty.
10) Online reading facility of PAID-LIBRARY and all the categories as mentioned in serial number 6 will not be available for all the eBooks. But soft copies will be available for all eBooks. The right of decision in this regard belongs to Proshakha Publication.
11) The eBooks of PAID-LIBRARY and FREE LIBRARY will be owned by Proshakha Publication and the authors cannot withdraw the eBooks from the site of Proshakha Publication at will.
12) Even then, if the authors want to withdraw the published eBooks, they can do so by depositing a certain amount of fee.
13) Authors will be paid royalty for the mentioned above twice a year as per record on sale of payment gateway.
14) Proshakha Poblication reserves the right to remove any eBook or hardbook published from Proshakha Publication for legal issues.
15) Any eBook or hardbook can be discontinued from the site of Proshakha Publication for a dispute or for other reasons.
16) Proshakha Publication shall publish the changes or modifications and additions to the above terms and conditions as necessary.
17) Agartala Court shall have sole legal jurisdiction for any issue or dispute.
18) All those who are publishing their eBooks or hardbooks from Proshakha Publication shall be deemed to have complied with the above terms and conditions.
